HI! Welcome to Jessa Olson Wellness - a wellness lifestyle blog focusing on fitness and minimalism. 

I'm Jessa! Welcome! I'm a certified personal trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise), group fitness instructor, writer in my second career choice. (First was working in sports.) Fitness is my passion (cliche but true). I'll do all the research then give it to you in simplest form. 

What you'll find here is fun workouts that can be done anywhere, fitness tips, reviews of different workouts, minimalism ideas, and inspiration. I'm a firm believer in everything in moderation. I'll give you killer workouts and beer advice. You can have both!

A little about me, Jessa! 

In addition to blogging, I am an online personal trainer through ladder. I teach at a several gyms in the Central Valley - including cycle, barre, Poppilates. I am Les Mills Sprint, and RowHouse. 

I believe that workouts can be done anywhere - gym or no gym. I also believe that anyone can workout.

When I am not working out, I love checking out new breweries. I love to travel and taking pictures.

Also, I have been married to my husband, Gary, for 9 years. We met while we were both working for the D-League (now the G-League) team, Iowa Energy. (Now Iowa Wolves) He still works in sports and we have lived in 6 different states due to his job in baseball. (Oklahoma, Arizona, West Virginia, Iowa, Washington, California) Arizona is my favorite place we have lived, and can’t wait to go back either to live or visit.

Expect new posts every Tuesday and Thursday. Tuesdays will be mostly fitness, and Thursday is wellness/lifestyle.
