So I previewed a little sneak peek on my Instagram stories yesterday about the first workout program on The Fitness Gyspy.

It's called Advent Workout Calendar.

Advent Starts: Sunday, December 2, 2018
Advent Ends: Monday, December 24, 2018

It's that time a year again when everyone starts thinking about new year resolutions. Also, it's the start of advent. I thought why not connect the two together. Finishing the year strong combined with Advent.

This time of year things are crazy - holiday parties, family time, tons of events. So much to cram in the last few weeks of the year that our workouts don't happen. I don't want that to happen to ya'll. These workouts are quick and fun.

Each day from 12/2 - 12/24 I will post a workout no longer than 30 minutes each day.

Sunday - will be stretching, light cardio, and/or yoga
Monday - HIIT inspired
Tuesday -  Lower Body
Wednesday - Abs All Day
Thursday - Upper Body
Friday - Cardio
Saturday - Total Body Strength
